Troubleshooting FAQs
My monitor says no signal. What should I check first?
Make sure the monitor is connected to the graphics card ports, not the motherboard video ports, then confirm the monitor input matches the cable being used.
Why are my games running slower than expected?
Update the graphics driver, close heavy background apps, check game resolution and confirm the monitor is plugged into the graphics card.
Should I update BIOS myself?
Only update BIOS if support recommends it or you are confident with the process. Contact us first if you are unsure.
What if I think the PC was damaged in transit?
Stop using the system, keep the original packaging and contact support with clear photos of the box and the PC.
Still stuck?
Send us the details and we will help diagnose the issue with you.
