Can I customise my gaming PC?

Yes. Choose your case, processor, graphics card, memory, storage, operating system and optional accessories in the gaming PC configurator. The price updates with your selections. Compatibility and availability are checked for the complete configuration.

What warranty comes with an ElitePCS gaming PC?

Bronze includes one year of collect-and-return, parts and labour cover. Optional Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond warranties extend cover to two, three, four or five years. Compare the cover on our PC warranty page.

How much is UK delivery?

UK delivery is free and tracked. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from the date of order. See shipping and returns for the delivery areas and full details.

Can I return a custom-built PC?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, including for a custom-built PC. Postal returns are free, with no restocking fee. Change-of-mind returns must be in new condition. See the returns policy for instructions.
