3. Returns process

30-day free postal returns on all products

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for any product, including custom-built PCs. We accept returns for faulty products and changes of mind. Change-of-mind returns must be in new condition.

Contact support@elitepcs.co.uk or use our contact form with your order number. We will provide a free return label to download and print, together with packing and postal instructions.

There is no return postage charge or restocking fee. We process your refund within 1 day of receiving and checking your return; your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund. We do not offer exchanges.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from the date of order. Tracking is sent as soon as the order leaves us.

Is shipping free?

Standard UK shipping is included on all ElitePCS systems.

What if my PC arrives damaged?

Contact support right away and keep the original packaging so we can help quickly.

Can I return a custom PC?

Yes. Our 30-day free postal returns policy applies to custom-built PCs as well as components and accessories. There is no restocking fee. Contact us with your order number to request your free return label.
