Shipping policy

Free UK delivery

Standard UK shipping is free on all ElitePCS orders, including custom-built PCs, components and accessories.

We deliver throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, plus UK islands and dependencies.

Delivery timeframe

Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from the date of order. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Contact us if you have a question about the delivery timeframe for your order.

Tracking and packaging

Orders are sent using a tracked service. Tracking information is sent when your order is dispatched.

PCs are quality checked before dispatch and securely packed with protective outer packaging and internal component protection.

Delivery help or damage

If you need help with tracking, your delivery address, a delayed delivery or an item that arrives damaged, email support@elitepcs.co.uk or use our contact form, quoting your order number.

Report delivery damage as soon as possible and keep the original packaging where available. Photos of the packaging and damage can help us resolve the issue. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Returns
